Seeing Isn't Believing Anymore

It's Just the Beginning

đź“°Once upon a time, reality had boundaries.

Then we added filters, dog ears, and dancing hotdogs. But now, with Augmented Reality (AR) merging quietly (and not so quietly) with AI, we’re watching the very notion of perception shift under our feet—sometimes literally. From medical training that turns human anatomy into a 3D map, to architecture that can be walked through before a single brick is laid, AI-driven AR is no longer just for games or gimmicks. It’s becoming a mirror—sometimes flattering, sometimes unnerving—of how we want the world to be.

AR glasses can now understand not just what you're looking at, but why. Real-time translation, context-aware guidance, and emotion recognition are edging toward the norm. Is it helpful? Possibly. Is it eerie? Often. Is it progress? Inevitably.

Brilliant Labs - Pocket size AR

✨Brilliant Labs' Frame AI Glasses offer real-time visual and audio analysis, translation, and web search capabilities using OpenAI and Whisper tech—blending digital with physical realities.

đź’ˇFully open-source and modifiable, the glasses encourage users to hack, build, and adapt them to personal needs, supported by active documentation and a vibrant Discord community.

🌱Paired with the Noa app for enhanced navigation, the Frame glasses are a central part of Brilliant Labs' mission to inspire creativity and deeper understanding through open tech.

Scene Dreamer - 3D scenes from 2D images

✨SceneDreamer is an AI tool that generates large-scale, photorealistic 3D scenes from 2D image collections without needing any 3D annotations.

💡It combines bird’s eye view geometry with semantic fields using simplex noise and a generative neural hash grid for efficient 3D scene representation and training.

🌱The tool features a neural volumetric renderer that produces vivid, unbounded 3D landscapes and supports smooth camera movement for dynamic visualizations.

👓 Google’s cooking up something light, smart, and wearable — and they just showed it off at TED2025.

At this week’s conference in Vancouver, Google gave a peek at two new spatial computing prototypes: a sleek pair of AR glasses that look like normal eyewear but smarter, and a mixed reality headset built with Samsung, nicknamed Project Moohan.

The AR glasses are super lightweight (because they stream info through your phone) and run on Gemini AI. During a live demo, they translated Farsi into English in real time and pulled up info just by scanning a book cover. Yep, it’s giving sci-fi but make it casual.

Then there’s Moohan — a headset for immersive 360° experiences and multitasking in MR. No launch dates yet, but more may drop during Google I/O next month.
If you love a bit of future tech sprinkled with practicality, this one’s worth a scroll.

You’ve heard the hype. Now it’s time for results

Today’s Tip For Job Hunting 🕵🏻

Many companies internally approve roles before posting. Message someone at the company beforehand and ask about upcoming openings.

🥸 LOL - Memes Of The Week

So what happens when our world becomes not just augmented, but interpreted, edited, and—who knows—improved? Maybe reality isn't what it used to be. Or maybe it never was. Either way, AR with AI at the helm is no longer a question of if, but of how far.

Stay tuned; your view of the world is about to change—again. 🧠✨
